B.Fit Barre blends strength training, Pilates, and ballet-barre work in a high-energy, core-strengthening workout that isolates muscle groups, using precise, targeted reps. barre basics classes are great introductory classes for anyone who has never taken a barre class before, or anyone that simply wants to get back to...basics.  The class set up is the same as a regular barre class, with more focus on form and more explanations of the various exercises.

barre burners are intense 45-minute barre classes. please try at least 2 barre classes prior to attending.

barre breather, our newest class, is An all-level tone and stretch class that's designed to get your muscles nice and warm using some of the barre exercises you know and love, while focusing on getting an amazing, deeper than usual stretch for every muscle group we focus on.  Think of it as some of the amazing burn of your regular classes, with more restorative, lengthening, relaxing goodness at the end of each section.

BYOBABY Bring your baby (6 weeks to pre-crawling) to the barre! This barre class is specially tailored to the needs of new moms.  We keep the music a little lower, but the intensity stays high.  A great way to get back into working out, without having to find a sitter!  All levels are welcome! There will be room in the class for car seats and extra mats.  We do not necessarily incorporate your baby in the class (although sometimes they find their way into your workout).
